This Japanese inspired soup give you all the japanese cuisine benefit and taste minus the hassle of procuring expensive japanese ingredient. The total cost for this dish for 4 came around 60K (counting that you already got the soy sauce and sesame oil).


INGREDIENT



1. 250 gr Sukiyaki Meat
2. 1 pack Silk Tofu, cut into round
3. 1 pack bokchoy or kalian or any asian greens
4. Mixed mushrooms (I used champignon, Shiitake and Enoki)
5. 100 gr meat shoup or bones (to make stock)
6. 5 garlic, chopped finely
7. Mung Bean Noodles or Udon (blanch with hot water)
8. ½ onion, chopped finely
9. 6 TBS Soy Sauce (Japanese preferably)
10. 3 TBS Sesame Oil
11. 2 TBS Sugar
12. 5 Red chili, crushed
13. Vegetable Oil (palm/peanut or corn) (to make chilli oil)
14. Shredded Nori and Sliced scallion for garnish




METHOD


1. Make chilli oil by warming crushed chilli with oil, do not burn, set aside to infuse
2. Boil 1,5 L water
3. Saute Garlic and Onion with Veg oil, add to boiling water
4. Add meat soup/bones, simmer, set to medium heat
5. Add mushroom and Bokchoy
6. Add Tofu and sukiyaki Meat
7. Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar and pepper , adjust the taste by adding more sauce/oil/pepper/Sugar
8. Add Chilli Oil, reserve some for table condiment
9. Prepare noodles in bowls
10. Add all the ingredients and lot of soups
11. Garnish with shredded Nori sheet and Chopped scallion
12. Ready to warm your cold night, A COMFORT FOOD

aku ambil resepnya ya. bsk sabtu mau praktek, isinya sayuran semua ah. tambahan rumput laut basah ama jagung manis kayaknya enak.. nyam nyam.
